Permate Ultra-R™ Vapour Barrier Permate Ultra-R is a foil based, glass scrim reinforced, type I vapour barrier. Aside from offering ultra high protection against the damaging effects of condensing vapour, it is fully compatible with hot roofing asphalt and most insulation adhesives.
