For Waterproofing, Thru-Wall & Air Barrier Applications

Lexcor F-20 vinyl Membrane is a tough, yet flexible waterproof membrane compounded from specially modified polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The standard sheet thickness is 0.5 mm (20 mil). Membrane sheets are seamed in the field with a hot air heat weld. Sheets may also be bonded to substrates such as wood, concrete and steel using Lexcan PVC Bonnding Adhesive. F-20 is designed for non-exposed use only. For flashing or waterproofing applications exposed to sunlight, refer to Lexcor’s FR-40 reinforced membrane.
